1. Donations
- Cancellation: Donations are usually non-refundable. However, if you made a mistake or have concerns, email us at info@yuganshfoundation.org within 48 hours of donating.
- Refunds: Refunds are only given in special cases, like duplicate payments. If approved, you will receive the refund within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
2. Event or Campaign Registrations
- Cancellation: You can cancel your event or campaign registration up to [specific time frame, e.g., 7 days] before the event. After that, cancellations are not allowed.
- Refunds: If you cancel within the allowed time, you will receive a refund after deducting any administrative fees. Refunds take 7–10 business days to process.
3. Merchandise or Products
- Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@yuganshfoundation.org
- Refunds/Returns: Refunds are available for cancellations made within the allowed time or for defective products (after verification). Please report any defects within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. Processing Charges
