1. Donations
- Cancellation:ย Donations are usually non-refundable. However, if you made a mistake or have concerns, email us atย info@yuganshfoundation.orgย withinย 48 hoursย of donating.
- Refunds:ย Refunds are only given in special cases, like duplicate payments. If approved, you will receive the refund withinย 7โ10 business daysย through the original payment method.
2. Event or Campaign Registrations
- Cancellation:ย You can cancel your event or campaign registration up toย [specific time frame, e.g., 7 days]ย before the event. After that, cancellations are not allowed.
- Refunds:ย If you cancel within the allowed time, you will receive a refund after deducting any administrative fees. Refunds takeย 7โ10 business daysย to process.
3. Merchandise or Products
- Cancellation:ย You can cancel your order withinย 24 hoursย of purchase by emailingย info@yuganshfoundation.org
- Refunds/Returns:ย Refunds are available for cancellations made within the allowed time or for defective products (after verification). Please report any defects withinย 7 daysย of receiving the product.
4. Processing Charges
- Any approved refunds may have deductions for bank or payment gateway fees.
