1. Donations

  • Cancellation:ย Donations are usually non-refundable. However, if you made a mistake or have concerns, email us atย info@yuganshfoundation.orgย withinย 48 hoursย of donating.
  • Refunds:ย Refunds are only given in special cases, like duplicate payments. If approved, you will receive the refund withinย 7โ€“10 business daysย through the original payment method.

2. Event or Campaign Registrations

  • Cancellation:ย You can cancel your event or campaign registration up toย [specific time frame, e.g., 7 days]ย before the event. After that, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refunds:ย If you cancel within the allowed time, you will receive a refund after deducting any administrative fees. Refunds takeย 7โ€“10 business daysย to process.

3. Merchandise or Products

  • Cancellation:ย You can cancel your order withinย 24 hoursย of purchase by emailingย info@yuganshfoundation.org
  • Refunds/Returns:ย Refunds are available for cancellations made within the allowed time or for defective products (after verification). Please report any defects withinย 7 daysย of receiving the product.
